Willamette Promise Fees (WOU)
Western Oregon Student Payments
Students pay a $30 fee once per school year, regardless of how many courses they take through Willamette Promise! Student payment is due June 19th for all Willamette Promise students. Please read the instructions below to pay your fee.
Payment Guide
Step 1: Login into your Willamette Promise Portal Account: https://portal.willamettepromise.org/ Links to an external site.

Step 2: Click the fees page on the top menu
Step 3: Select “Make Payment” or “Request Waiver”
Student Tips:
If you do not see a fee for your current school year, that means you have not enrolled in any Willamette Promise courses yet. You can view the guide on how to enroll in courses here Links to an external site..
We provide a fee waiver to any student who participates in the below programs.
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- USDA Free or Reduced Lunch Program
Step 4: Fill out the required information on the right-hand side of your screen and submit.

Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you use to login to the portal.
